Special waxes & additives
Additives:
Vybar 103-- For years, chemists have improved the paraffin waxes with one particular product group, The Vybar Polymer-line. Vybar polymers are highly branched hydrocarbons with a range of properties suited to numerous applications, from modifying high oil content paraffin waxes or increasing gloss and slip resistance.

Special Compounds
CWT 70207
Additions of 0,1 – 1,0% give a full, white appearance to the candle. Furthermore, the addition of 70207 improves the colour brilliance and gives the wax an excellent light protection. Additions of 1,0 – 2,0% in candle dipping waxes can also be used for a white colour.CWT 70207, added in a wax blend with a low cloud point, dissolve’s well and therefore has no negative influence on the candles burning combustion.
CWT 73004
Additions of 0,2 – 0,5% of this light- and heat stabilizer are sufficient to protect paraffin and candle dipping wax against light and overheating.
CWT 73006
Special Compound 73306 is a release wax in particular for moulded and extruded candles. Small additions of 0,5 -2,0% will also improve possible crystallization of the paraffin waxes as well as the surface and the general appearance of a candle. Furthermore, this type is well-suited for homogeneously blending oil with soft paraffin waxes with high oil content. A small dosage of 0,2 – 0,5% is especially recommended for votive candles and tea-lights.
CWT 73012
An Additive that gives clear paraffin waxes a good opacity. An addition of 0,1 -5,0% for moulded candles gives a white, full appearance.
Overdipping Wax Concentrates
Below dipping wax concentrates can easily be added with a straight paraffin wax at +/- 90°C. Recommended dosage: 3-5%The finished dipping waxes can be used for hand-dipping as well as for automatic dipping.
CWT 70104
Additions of +/- 5% at +/- 95°C give a low viscosity dipping wax a high gloss and good hardness. Recommended dipping temperature: +/- 85°C
CWT 70106
A low viscosity dipping wax blend can be achieved when adding +/- 5% in a straight paraffin wax.Recommended dipping temperature: +/- 75°C
CWT 70107
Additive for achieving a transparent dipping wax for paintings, flowers and other items that are to be attached to the candles surface, so that they appear visible after dipping. Addition of +/- 5% in straight paraffin wax.Recommended dipping temperature: 80-90°C
Wick Waxes
CWT 70214
This type of wick wax gives great stability, hardness with a good flexibility. All depending of the equipment and at a temperature between 70-90°C, you will obtain smooth and flexible wick strands. The flexibility of the waxed wicks is guaranteed in rolled and cold conditions. Due to the excellent flexibility wick breaks are avoided. Furthermore, the burning properties will be positively influenced in general by a well-balanced wax composition.
CWT 70220
This type of wick wax has an extremely high melting point (72-82°C). It provides a sufficient flexibility and gives a good stability in the application of filling glasses with paraffin wax, stearic acid and gel wax.
